Elastomeric liners are commonly worn between the prosthetic socket and limb. A number of improvements to state art liner technology required address outstanding problems. that conforms residuum more accurately, may improve skin health at stump-socket interface. Previous work has shown for effective thermal management environment, an active heat removal system is required, yet this not available.
